Lori Wilson is the author of the poetry collections House Where a Woman and The Dream Women Called, both from Autumn House Press. Her poems have appeared in journals such as Southern Poetry Review, SalamanderThe Laurel ReviewHayden’s Ferry Review and Cimarron Review; and in various anthologies including, most recently, The Crafty Poet: A Portable Workshop (Diane Lockward, ed.). She has been featured twice on Prosody, the weekly radio program hosted by Jan Beatty and featuring the work of national writers; and has read her poems widely. She holds an MA in Economics from Harvard University and an MFA in Poetry from Drew University. Pushcart Prize nominee and recipient of the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation Creative Fellowship at the Virginia Center for Creative Arts, Wilson teaches a private poetry workshop in affiliation with the Madwomen in the Attic of Carlow University. She lives in Morgantown, West Virginia, where she works as a software developer.
